Returns Policy

1. RETURN PERIOD
Products purchased from Gama23 can be returned within 5 days from the date of receipt. If more time has passed, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return, except in cases of defective or damaged products. We recommend reviewing your purchase and reporting any issues as soon as possible.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To ensure that returns are processed quickly and efficiently, products must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or purchase confirmation) must be provided.
- The product must be returned within the stipulated 5-day period from the date of receipt.
If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
3. REASONS FOR RETURNS
a. Incorrect Size
If you have received a product in the wrong size, you may request an exchange for the correct size or, if you prefer, a full refund. Shipping costs for returning products due to incorrect size must be covered by the customer.
b. Deffective of Damaged Product
If the product you received is defective or damaged, we offer an exchange for a new product or a full refund. In this case, Gama23 will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement of the product. Be sure to check the products upon receipt to avoid delays in the return process.
4. RETURN PROCESS
The return process is simple and designed to be as convenient as possible. To return a product, follow these steps:

Before sending the product back, reach out to our customer service team via email (contacto@gama23.com) to notify us of your intention to make a return. We will provide detailed instructions and a specific return shipping address.
- Pack the product securely:
Make sure to pack the product securely to prevent any additional damage during shipping. Use the original packaging if possible, and ensure that all tags and packaging materials are included.
- Ship the product:
Once you have packed the product and received the return address from our team, proceed with shipping. Please ensure that the package is properly labeled and that the address details are accurate.
- Product Inspection
Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets the return conditions. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or exchange as requested.
5. REFUNDS
Refund method:
The refund will be processed through the same payment method used in the original purchase. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card; if a bank transfer or another payment method was used, the refund will be processed through that same method.
Refund timeline:

6. RETURN COST
Defective or damaged products:
Gama23 will cover all shipping costs associated with the return of defective or damaged products. If the product is defective, you will not be charged for the return or the replacement.
Returns for other reasons (such as incorrect size):
In these cases, the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend double-checking that the selected size is correct when making your purchase to avoid additional charges.
7. EXCLUSIONS
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following products:
- Products that have been used, modified, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Products that are not in their original condition, missing original packaging, or have been altered in any way.
- Gift cards, personal hygiene products, or discounted items that are not eligible for return.
8. PRODUCT EXCHANGES
If you prefer to exchange a product, whether due to size or another reason, the process will be very similar to that of a return. However, if the product you wish to exchange is not available, we will offer you a full refund. Please note that the processing time for exchanges may be slightly longer depending on product availability.
9. EXCEPTIONS FOR SPECIAL SITUATIONS
